We use Canada Post for all deliveries (signature required). We will deliver to anywhere in the world! All of our parcels require a signature upon delivery so please make sure you supply an address where someone can sign for your order.

All photographs are only shipped upon receipt of cleared funds payment in full. All prints are Professionally Packed and the respective Tracking Number is e-mailed at dispatch.

ALL PRICES INCLUDE SHIPPING & HANDLING, so if you are a local customer (Gold River area), please call us to place your order. Once the order has been processed online, we cannot refund the S&H costs.

In the unlikely event of damage, loss or no-delivery, all photograph(s) sold are fully covered by transit insurance, door to door, from dispatch to delivery. Once the photograph(s) has been delivered and signed for, the photograph(s) is no longer insured by Photography by Paul Smith, and is therefore, the sole responsibility of the purchaser. All photograph(s) must be inspected thoroughly upon arrival as the purchaser is liable for any damage(s) after signing for the delivery. If the photograph(s) is damaged in transit, the purchaser must contact Photography by Paul Smith, by telephone within 24 hours of signature, proof of delivery. If the purchaser fails to notify Photography by Paul Smith, by telephone within 24 hours of receipt, all sales are final.
